FAQ

When will the centre open?

We hope to open the site around October 2010. In order to make this happen we need to continue to raise money. If you want to help us, please contact us

FAQ

Will my school benefit?

Yes! If your school is within Kent then there will be accessible day visit programmes. The programes involve National Curriculum aligned activities, including PSHE and Citizenship. Students and teachers will benefit from a safe and creative 'street', 'boardwalk' an 'peoples parliament' in which to explore real world scenarios. These day programmes will be accompanied by pre- and post-visit activity packs to be used in conjunction with your teachers' lesson plans. The intention is that any LSK online activities will work well on a whiteboard or in an ITC suite back at your school. To read more go to The Experience and The Project.
